Let me start with something somewhat personal.
The Valentine Event (I’ve just posted a review on Tumblr) was a mind-blowing disaster, but I also received a lot of support from a lot of people, and this made my job as Cicero for this game somewhat more bearable (Should I say a Virgil considering this game’s resemblance to Hell?).
Even if I also make guides for myself, and I would probably keep making them even without feedback, it’s always nice to see the work we do being appreciated and know it’s helpful for other people too.
Thank you to everyone who showed me support during this 2 and a half years.
This made me think – again – about the people who joined me on this project, giving their time and labor to keep this guide up-to-date; I’m sure that you’ve noticed how much faster we are at adding information now and how we rarely (never?) fell behind since August. That’s thanks to them. When I asked them if they wanted or not to be on the front lines, they all told me they prefer to work from the backstage; that’s why they rarely post, or I rarely say their names, but this doesn’t mean they aren’t a very precious help — they are — and I’m really grateful for all they have done, so I would like to publicly thank them once again. Thank you girls, Giaddy, Nxy, Desdhinova and Neko, not just for all you’ve done, but also for the wonderful people you are. ^^ It was a pleasure and a privilege to get to know you and work together! 🙂
Okay, the sappy part is over, back to the updates. The first teaser for episode 24 came out a few days ago, we are ready to publish the guide as soon as they release it.
That being said:
- We are about to open the International version of the chat. I will announce it as soon as it’s available, probably tomorrow. For now, Italian users can decide if they want to peruse only the Italian version or they want to join the English too by posting on the chat.
- With Sammer’s appurrval, we have started to add the data from Maana necessari to the Episodes’ info, to have a better idea of how much maana each of them consume (since I’m well known for going around a lot XD)
- The website is being slightly revamped. The guides will be made easier to use and it will soon be possible to use checklists to keep track of the items or the people you’ve already met so that you can monitor your progress through an episode. If you close the page the list will be saved into a cookie, so you will be able to go back to it whenever you want (unless you cancel your cookies, of course). We are still adding this option to the guides, but you can already see what it looks like on episodes 22 and 23. I’ll let you know when we are done.
- The same checklist will be available on the companions page as well. You will be able to use that page as master list of all the companions you have, to keep track of your collection, something especially useful if you have many eggs and/or more of the same kind. It has already been implemented on the italian companions page, so you can see what it looks like!
- As soon as we can, we will start a bug/mistakes hunt through the website. This is a really good time to let us know if you find any issues, please.
- Last but not least, the videos of the episodes are ready and we will resume the YouTube publishing shortly. We will let you know on Tumblr and this website when a new one is available, probably one per week.
